Intro to Agility

Conquer obstacles and increase fun.


This course will introduce you and your dog to the fun and fast growing sport of dog agility. Whether you dream of someday competing at Westminster or just want to have great time with your dog, this class is for you. Introduce your dog to jumping, climbing, running and weaving through agility equipment using positive reinforcement techniques that will build your dog’s overall confidence and teamwork with you. This class is appropriate for dogs who are 5.5 months or older with a foundation in basic obedience including: sit, down, stay, and coming when called.

Learn the fundamentals of agility obstacles and groundwork for fun, fitness and teamwork building with your dog.

For dogs 5.5 months and older.

You must provide a record of vaccinations signed by your veterinarian which includes vaccine for rabies, parainfluenza, adenovirus, bordatella, leptospriosis, and distemper. If your veterinarian chooses not to give your pup one or more of these vaccines at the time, we must have a signed letter from them stating that it is contraindicated. Entry to play groups and group classes is not permitted without required, veterinarian signed proof of vaccinations or a signed letter from the veterinarian stating they are contraindicated at the time. This is required by the Health Department.

For dogs with a foundation in basic manners skills (such as sit, down, and stand).

For dogs of any size, breed, or mix.
