Small dog socialization classes in NYC

Curriculum

  • There are no transfers to other sessions nor refunds for play group registrations. Please do not ask us to make an exception. When registering you are agreeing to this policy.
  • Please arrive at least five minutes prior to the group. Late arrivals can be disruptive to the pups, most especially those who are in the process of developing confidence in a social setting.
  • Two pup family members may attend with each pup, unless the session can accommodate one person per pup. At least one legal guardian/owner must be present.

Details of our dog play classes

Health Department mandated proof of vaccines, which vary according to age, are required. You must bring a printed copy to your first class or playgroup to give to the instructor to keep on location.

For dogs 16 weeks and older, the Health Department requires a signature from the veterinarian and must include rabies, parvovirus, parainfluenza, adenovirus, bordetella, and distemper. If your veterinarian chooses not to give your dog one or more of these vaccines, we must have a signed letter from them stating that it is contraindicated.

We do our best to keep things safe and positive, but please remember that participation in classes and play groups is at your own risk and we can’t assume responsibility for accidents or injuries.
