For pups under 9 months of age that are graduates of Puppy Part One and/or private lessons, this course focuses on fine tuning skills for improved manners. Great attention is paid to improving reliability around distractions and better self control.

Puppy Class Part Two is designed to help people guide their pup through their adolescence. This teenager period of development often includes big changes in behavior and attitude that is best addressed with ongoing education.

Details

This course is available to those pups that have graduated from Puppy One and/or pups that have benefited from private lessons with us. For dogs of any size, breed, or mix. The in-person course meets for four one-hour classes and is $350 for the course. Two people may attend with each canine student, at least one legal guardian/owner must be present.

The class fee is non-refundable, non-transferable and there are no make-up classes. Prior to registering please note the nature of offering limited space classes, the above stated policies, and that we are unable to offer exceptions.

Proof of Vaccine Requirements: For dogs 16 weeks and older a record of their vaccinations must be signed by your veterinarian and include vaccine for: rabies, parvovirus, parainfluenza, adenovirus, bordetella, and distemper. If your veterinarian chooses not to give your pup one or more of these vaccines at the time of class, we must have a signed letter from them stating that it is contraindicated. These stated proof of vaccine requirements are set by the Health Department. Entry to classes and play groups is not permitted without Health Department required proof of vaccinations and you must these must bring a hard/printed copy with you to class to give to the instructor to keep at the location.
