Stefania Bedoya has over 17 years of experience training and caring for our four-legged friends in New York City. Stefania earned her CPDT-KA certification as well as her KPA-CTP certification and teaches group classes and private lessons, and in addition to helping dogs and their families, she also mentors our apprentices. Stefania has also run her own dog-walking business, which earned a stellar reputation for her commitment to providing pups with the best care and safe, enriching adventures in the city. Through the years, Stefania’s excellent handling and safety skills have earned her the trust of all manner of lovely canines, from the tiniest Chihuahuas to the largest Cane Corsos. Her passion to continue helping dogs—and to taking her already extensive skills many steps further—led her to join our team, where she fine-tuned her abilities with a two year apprenticeship. Stefania has since been part of the training team for seven years.

Stefania is an AKC CGC Evaluator, and may administer the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy program, CGC, AKC Community Canine (the advanced level of CGC), Urban CGC, Video Home Manners and Trick Dog tests.

Stefania currently shares her heart and home with her Miniature Poodle, Rygel, and her Pit Bull, Fiona.
